I specialize in holistic care that provides increased physical ease, emotional balance and mental clarity.  My bodywork sessions are affordable and conveniently located in a comfortable studio in the Grand Lake Neighborhood of Oakland.

In practice for over 25 years, my work is intuitive as well as practical and is informed by the practice of meditation, the study of somatic psychology, practical spiritual practices,Breema Bodywork, Jikiden Reiki, Enneagram studies, Shadow-Light work, and Depth Inquiry.

My holistic life coaching sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore with acceptance and curiosity the unconscious beliefs creating blocks from opening more fully to Life. With creative inquiry and dialogue with unaccepted and unseen parts of self, practical spiritual tools, somatic practices, a deep reintegration and movement toward wholeness begins to emerge. This shows up in daily life as a deeper connection and trust in relationship to Life and Existence, greater trust in your inner authority, more ease and connection in relationships with others, fuller participation in life, and more heart opening receptivity to the self-acceptance and love that is our true nature.
