In practice for over 25 years, my work is intuitive as well as practical and is informed by the practice of meditation, the study of somatic psychology, practical spiritual practices,Breema Bodywork, Jikiden Reiki, Enneagram studies, Shadow-Light work, and Depth Inquiry.

My holistic life coaching sessions deepen your experience of worthiness, create greater trust in your inner authority, facilitate ease and connection in relationships with others and  provide more heart opening receptivity to the self-acceptance and love that is our true nature.

 I also am passionate about educating and providing resources for pregnant women considering adoption so they can have true choices for the preservation of their family and. well being.
